 WHY US

Why Coral Gables Rodent Control Starts With the Inspector

Microscope-confirmed pest identification

Your Coral Gables property gets the pest confirmed before anything is applied. Exclusion seals the routes rodents use, and trapping removes the ones already inside. Rodents gnaw wiring and insulation, so noises overhead are worth an early inspection.

More than 1,000 reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms are on file. Technicians train for a couple of weeks in house, then attend weekly sessions led by an on-staff trainer. Form requests get a follow-up within five minutes.

Very happy to have had Rowlandas my pest control company since I moved into this residence 5 years ago. I do the quarterly pest control offering. After the first visit we seen a few bugs, called and they came out after that for 5 years we have had no issues with bugs in the house. Always professional when they come out and have always offered should we see any pests in the house to call and they will come out all part of the monthly plan. Excellent company.

 OUR PROCESS

Arrival Text to Emailed Report in Coral Gables

Each step follows what the inspection finds in Coral Gables

1: Inspect the Exterior and Photograph Problem Areas
In Coral Gables, the first stop is attics, roof returns, vents, garages, and the base of the home. The inspector walks the exterior to find what needs sealing, caulking, replacing, or sanitizing. Photos and a report of issues and fixes come before the work is scheduled.

2: Seal Entry Points and Trap
Exclusion seals active and potential entry points, such as roof returns and plumbing vents, with cement, steel, or wire mesh. A one-way door lets rats out, and traps in the attic catch the ones inside.

3: Check Traps Until Activity Stops
The crew returns every other day to check traps, remove rodents, and reset, until three clean checks in a row. Monitoring stations around the property add quarterly check-ups afterward.

 Frequently asked questions

Coral Gables pest control FAQs

Got questions about pest control? We've got answers.

How do I know if I have rats or mice?

Scratching in the walls or attic, gnawed wiring, droppings, and greasy rub marks along walls are the usual signs. The inspector confirms which rodent it is.

What attracts rodents to a property?

Food, shelter, and water, including pet food, bird seed, and overgrown shrubs. Limbs touching the roof give them a path.

How are rats removed from the attic?

A one-way door lets rats out, and traps in the attic catch the ones inside. The crew returns every other day to check traps, remove rodents, and reset them.

Why Do Rats and Mice Enter Homes in Coral Gables?

Rats and mice enter Florida homes for food and shelter. Door gaps, vents, and utility lines are the first places to check at your Coral Gables home, and your re-service is included if they return.

Will I get a report after the work?

The inspector photographs problem areas and builds a report of issues and fixes before work starts, and the emailed service report follows each visit.
