Dry season weather usually arrives by November, so check your Hialeah home for gaps, since rats and mice enter Florida homes for food and shelter.

 OUR SERVICES

Every Pest Problem. One Solution.

From termites to wildlife, we handle every pest problem you have. We roll in. The bugs roll out.

 WHY US

A Hialeah Visit With a Day-Before Text and a Written Report

A video text when you are not home

For Hialeah customers, the visit starts with what you have seen and where. Exclusion seals the routes rodents use, and trapping removes the ones already inside. Rodents gnaw wiring and insulation, so noises overhead are worth an early inspection.

A microscope at the office helps confirm the target pest before treatment starts. More than 1,000 reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms are on file. A text and email arrive the day before your appointment, and another text arrives when the technician is on the way.

Very happy to have had Rowlandas my pest control company since I moved into this residence 5 years ago. I do the quarterly pest control offering. After the first visit we seen a few bugs, called and they came out after that for 5 years we have had no issues with bugs in the house. Always professional when they come out and have always offered should we see any pests in the house to call and they will come out all part of the monthly plan. Excellent company.

 OUR PROCESS

What Happens From Arrival to Report in Hialeah

What your inspector looks at first

1: Inspect the Exterior and Photograph Problem Areas
Technicians in Hialeah start at attics, roof returns, vents, garages, and the base of the home. The inspector walks the exterior to find what needs sealing, caulking, replacing, or sanitizing. Photos and a report of issues and fixes come before the work is scheduled.

2: Seal Entry Points and Trap
Exclusion seals active and potential entry points, such as roof returns and plumbing vents, with cement, steel, or wire mesh. A one-way door lets rats out, and traps in the attic catch the ones inside.

3: Check Traps Until Activity Stops
The crew returns every other day to check traps, remove rodents, and reset, until three clean checks in a row. Monitoring stations around the property add quarterly check-ups afterward.

 Frequently asked questions

Hialeah pest control FAQs

Got questions about pest control? We've got answers.

What rodents does rodent control cover?

The service covers rats and mice. Your inspector identifies which one is at work.

Where do mice nest in a home?

Mice nest in wall voids, attics, garages, and pantry corners, close to food and warmth. Shredded paper and droppings mark the spot.

Do I need to be home for rodent service?

The crew texts before arriving, so you know when the work starts. Access to the attic matters more than being home.

Do rats come inside more after heavy rain?

Flooded burrows and wet yards push rats toward higher, drier shelter such as attics. Sealing entry points blocks the move.

What if I hear noises after exclusion?

Monitoring stations around the property report activity at quarterly check-ups. Call or text if you hear noises between visits, and trap checks resume.
