 WHY US

How Your Palmetto Bay Visit Gets Confirmed and Documented

The same inspector on every visit

Questions about wasps in Palmetto Bay get answers on the first visit. A phone call identifies the insect before anyone treats a nest, since a wrong identification leads to painful stings. Most wasp calls involve the grass or foliage near the home.

Your inspector handles the account personally, from the first visit through each follow-up. Form requests get a follow-up within five minutes. Each visit ends with an emailed service report listing the work done, the product used, and any concerns.

Very happy to have had Rowlandas my pest control company since I moved into this residence 5 years ago. I do the quarterly pest control offering. After the first visit we seen a few bugs, called and they came out after that for 5 years we have had no issues with bugs in the house. Always professional when they come out and have always offered should we see any pests in the house to call and they will come out all part of the monthly plan. Excellent company.

 OUR PROCESS

What Your Technician Does on Site in Palmetto Bay

What happens at your Palmetto Bay property, in order

1: Identify the Insect First
For a Palmetto Bay home, eaves, soffits, porch ceilings, shrubs, and the ground near the foundation come first. A call identifies the insect, because wasps, bees, and hornets are hard to tell apart. A technician then takes full control of the situation.

2: Treat the Nest Area
The technician treats the nest and the area around it, and eaves can be treated up to 25 feet. Most calls involve wasps in the grass or around foliage near the home.

3: Keep Wasps Away for the Season
Many customers choose a consistent plan that keeps wasps away through the season. Recurring visits cover the rest of the year.

 Frequently asked questions

Palmetto Bay pest control FAQs

Got questions about pest control? We've got answers.

Are wasps in the lawn a nest sign?

Wasps in the grass or around foliage near the home are the most common calls. A ground nest or a nest in shrubs is usually close.

Do eaves and porch ceilings hold nests?

Sheltered spots such as eaves, soffits, and porch ceilings are favorites. Treatment reaches eaves up to 25 feet.

Should I be home when wasps are treated?

The technician knocks on arrival and asks about problems if you are home. When you are out, a text video or a knock at the end shows what was done.

Are wasps a year-round issue in Florida?

Wasps, hornets, and bees can look alike, so naming the insect first matters. Your inspector can treat eaves up to 25 feet. Note where you see wasps flying in and out.

Will I see wasp concerns in the report?

The emailed service report lists the work done, the product used, and any concerns the technician noted.
