I live in a historic district in downtown Orlando in a lovely cottage type house. One of the very few disadvantages of this type of house is the age and having been built with a crawl space. I've used three different pest control companies over the past 15 years to add exclusion measures to the house and remove rodents. None of those companies worked well and would not return to correct issues that had been overlooked. I did much research last week after discovering new rodent intrusion in the attic and found Rowland Pest Management. Over 1,000 customers documented excellent reviews, using 4.5 to 5.0 star ratings. The comments were impressive! I had my first meeting with an inspector named Mark which was free of charge. He explained in detail issues with the house regarding rodent intrusion and how to prevent it. A technician named Shawn came to my house the next business day and worked for almost 5.5 hours. He and another technician named Justin were at my house a second day to complete the job. Shawn & Justin worked strategically to completely identify all possible entry points around the house, roof, attic, and the crawl space. My house is now sealed correctly with a guarantee to back their work! I highly recommend this pest control management company for any type of pest or rodent problem you might experience. If you NEED pest control HIRE THEM! I reached out to them on a Friday night and they had Noah at my house first thing Monday morning. Noah was very professional and friendly. He told me exactly what we needed and got it done so quick! Rowland Pest Company has been extremely helpful in the pest issue I’ve had, whenever an issue arises at my residence they are there within 24 hours to come and fix the situation. Sam has been the field technician that has been assigned to my house & he is an absolute pleasure to work with. I had been doing my own pest control for years. Then out of the blue , somehow german ants got in my house , and I chased them around for2 weeks , very distressing. Called Rowland, our guy came over, knocked it out right away. After he left, we had no more from then on, I was happy and glad to sign up for the yearly service. Thank you, Rowland. John is absolutely incredible. He isn’t just thorough and highly professional at keeping the bugs away; he is also incredibly warm, polite, and a genuine pleasure to chat with. Every time he visits, he brings such a positive energy that completely brightens up the morning.

Rowland has some honest and kind guys that come out and actually care about their customers. I appreciate when they educate me and not take advantage of my not knowing. They take the time to advise what I can do, look out for, before I spend any money that may not be needed at the time that they come and inspect. I really appreciate this the most about your workers.
