Our Story

Hi, we're Chris and Sami Rowland

Rowland Pest Management started in 2015 with one belief: pest control should be personal.

Chris and Sami Rowland didn’t come from pest control. They came from years of retail, customer service, and sales industries where showing up for people actually matters. When they built Rowland in 2015, they brought that same standard with them.

We’ve grown fast, but we’ve never outgrown our roots. Every inspector is trained to stay longer, listen more, and actually care whether your problem gets solved. A happy team leads to happy customers — and that’s not a motto, it’s how we hire, train, and operate.

Since 2015, Central Florida families have made Rowland their go-to. Over 1,000 five-star reviews and a long list of repeat customers tell that story better than we can. Our mission hasn’t changed: pest-free homes for the neighbors we live alongside.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a customer before even moving into my house in Haines City. The quality of work, responsiveness and value for $ is far and above the best. And we love our expert, Conrad. He is an awesome guy who I trust.

WHY US

We Roll In. The Bugs Roll Out.

Here's Why Your Neighbors Call Us First.

We started Rowland because we believed the person at your door should actually care.
That belief shapes every inspector we hire, every standard we set, and every service we deliver.

The bigger companies don’t need your business the way we do.
We built Rowland knowing that and it’s why we work like it every time.

Your home deserved more than a drive-by treatment.
Your inspector spends the time to find what others rush past.

What goes into your home matters to us the same way it matters to you.
Baits over blanket sprays. Reduced-risk materials. Chosen because your family is in that home.

Our Team

You'll Recognize the Truck. You'll Remember the Name.

Rowland built a team around one standard: the person walking into your home should earn your family's complete trust. Every inspector is state licensed and trained at Pest Management University in Apopka, where the EPA tests pest control products, before ever going on route.

That same inspector gets assigned to your home personally. Your family learns their face. Your kids know the truck. That kind of trust doesn't come from a company. It comes from the people who show up.
