I chose this company because of their high customer satisfaction ratings. Although the pricing wasn't the lowest, I'm glad I chose this company. From Mark, the sales rep., the exclusion team, Brandon and Troy, and John the extermination tech service were top notch, professional, good at what they did, clean and very courteous. Even Chris and Zach the schedulers/administrators. They caught a total of 5 big ass rats in the attic which was a big relief, since we didn't get much sleep the prior 2.5 weeks, with rats being very noisy and active during the witching hours. Our dogs were going crazy too. We were also concerned about the damage they would cause to our air ducts, wiring, etc... We have pet safe bait boxes around the perimeter, and haven't seen any activity around the yard or house either.  We also very much appreciate the fact that they offer a financing option and have an excellent warranty plan. I would definitely use the Rowland team again and highly recommend them.
