One of the very few disadvantages of this type of house is the age and having been built with a crawl space. I've used three different pest control companies over the past 15 years to add exclusion measures to the house and remove rodents. None of those companies worked well and would not return to correct issues that had been overlooked. I did much research last week after discovering new rodent intrusion in the attic and found Rowland Pest Management. Over 1,000 customers documented excellent reviews, using 4.5 to 5.0 star ratings. The comments were impressive! I had my first meeting with an inspector named Mark which was free of charge. He explained in detail issues with the house regarding rodent intrusion and how to prevent it. A technician named Shawn came to my house the next business day and worked for almost 5.5 hours. He and another technician named Justin were at my house a second day to complete the job. Shawn & Justin worked strategically to completely identify all possible entry points around the house, roof, attic, and the crawl space. I reached out to them on a Friday night and they had Noah at my house first thing Monday morning. Noah was very professional and friendly. He told me exactly what we needed and got it done so quick!
