OUR PROCESS
1: Inspect the Outside, and Inside When Needed
Your Miami-Dade County visit starts at the exterior walkways, windows, and base of the home. Current and likely problem areas get inspected, and the interior, attic, and garage get checked when the situation calls for it. Your technician starts with what you have noticed.
2: Treat the Outer Ring of the Home
Treatment covers the base of the home, shrubs and trees within five feet, eaves, doors, windows, cracks, and crevices. Granular bait goes down two feet out from the foundation.
3: Finish With an Update and a Report
Your technician knocks, or texts a video of what was found and done, and de-webs the first story up to 20 feet. An emailed service report lists the product used and any concerns.
