One of the very few disadvantages of this type of house is the age and having been built with a crawl space. I've used three different pest control companies over the past 15 years to add exclusion measures to the house and remove rodents. None of those companies worked well and would not return to correct issues that had been overlooked. I did much research last week after discovering new rodent intrusion in the attic and found Rowland Pest Management. Over 1,000 customers documented excellent reviews, using 4.5 to 5.0 star ratings. Shawn & Justin worked strategically to completely identify all possible entry points around the house, roof, attic, and the crawl space. I reached out to them on a Friday night and they had Noah at my house first thing Monday morning. Noah was very professional and friendly. He told me exactly what we needed and got it done so quick!
