I am very pleased with the service and customer service provided by Rowland. John has done a phenomenal job - calls, texts, responds quickly, and has resolved my unwanted rat problem. And the pricing was better than the competitors.

Rowland has some honest and kind guys that come out and actually care about their customers. I appreciate when they educate me and not take advantage of my not knowing. They take the time to advise what I can do, look out for, before I spend any money that may not be needed at the time that they come and inspect. I really appreciate this the most about your workers. Jonathan and John have been so efficient and I have seen them often. They're so great!

We had our initial treatment today. Brandon was very thorough and professional. Everyone I've spoke to so far has been very pleasant. I'm hopeful that we will have a good long term relationship
