The technician that came to my residence was on time as promised and addressed all my questions and concerns. This is an example of professional services. The technician also advised me as to when he will return for the next appointment and said if I have any other concerns or questions please call the office. Adam Williams was fantastic to work with. We had a potential German cockroach issue after buying a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Orlando with an infestation of these roaches in a car we purchased/returned. Adam ensured us that there is no infestation as he did not see any signs of them within the home. This gave us peace of mind. I called several pest control companies for quotes before deciding who to go with, and I’m genuinely so glad I chose Rowland Pest Management. From my first phone call, the experience stood out. The person I spoke with explained what they recommended for my specific ant problem, what they would do during the treatment, and sent me a quote. There was never any pressure or feeling that someone was trying to "close a deal." Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional, which I appreciated more than they probably realized. Adam was the technician who came out. He took the time to talk with me about what I was experiencing, looked around to see where the ants were showing up, treated the entire condo with two types of baits. They also scheduled a two-week follow-up to make sure everything was resolved. Within two days, I stopped seeing ants! At the follow-up, Adam told me that after his first visit, he had noticed a large ant mound outside beneath my downstairs neighbor’s window with the same type of ants I’d been seeing inside. Exterior treatment wasn’t even part of my service since I live in a condo building, but he treated the mound anyway. I had no idea he’d done it. When he returned two weeks later, he checked the area before coming upstairs and there was no sign of ants. He still treated my entire condo again as an extra precaution. That really stood out to me. He saw something that could be contributing to my problem and simply took care of it. Between Adam going above and beyond and how pleasant every interaction with the company has been, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Friendly, professional, thorough, zero pressure—and most importantly, no more ants. I would absolutely recommend them!
