I called several pest control companies for quotes before deciding who to go with, and I’m genuinely so glad I chose Rowland Pest Management. From my first phone call, the experience stood out. The person I spoke with explained what they recommended for my specific ant problem, what they would do during the treatment, and sent me a quote. There was never any pressure or feeling that someone was trying to "close a deal." Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional, which I appreciated more than they probably realized. Adam was the technician who came out. He took the time to talk with me about what I was experiencing, looked around to see where the ants were showing up, treated the entire condo with two types of baits. They also scheduled a two-week follow-up to make sure everything was resolved. Within two days, I stopped seeing ants! At the follow-up, Adam told me that after his first visit, he had noticed a large ant mound outside beneath my downstairs neighbor’s window with the same type of ants I’d been seeing inside. Exterior treatment wasn’t even part of my service since I live in a condo building, but he treated the mound anyway. I had no idea he’d done it. When he returned two weeks later, he checked the area before coming upstairs and there was no sign of ants. He still treated my entire condo again as an extra precaution. That really stood out to me. He saw something that could be contributing to my problem and simply took care of it. Between Adam going above and beyond and how pleasant every interaction with the company has been, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had called 3 companies for rodent exclusion and extermination. I chose this company because of their high customer satisfaction ratings. Although the pricing wasn't the lowest, I'm glad I chose this company. From Mark, the sales rep., the exclusion team, Brandon and Troy, and John the extermination tech service were top notch, professional, good at what they did, clean and very courteous. Even Chris and Zach the schedulers/administrators. They caught a total of 5 big ass rats in the attic which was a big relief, since we didn't get much sleep the prior 2.5 weeks, with rats being very noisy and active during the witching hours. Our dogs were going crazy too. We were also concerned about the damage they would cause to our air ducts, wiring, etc... We have pet safe bait boxes around the perimeter, and haven't seen any activity around the yard or house either.  We also very much appreciate the fact that they offer a financing option and have an excellent warranty plan. I would definitely use the Rowland team again and highly recommend them.
