One of the very few disadvantages of this type of house is the age and having been built with a crawl space. I've used three different pest control companies over the past 15 years to add exclusion measures to the house and remove rodents. I reached out to them on a Friday night and they had Noah at my house first thing Monday morning. Noah was very professional and friendly. He told me exactly what we needed and got it done so quick!
