Termites in Florida fall into three categories: subterranean, drywood, and dampwood. Most infestations in New Smyrna Beach involve subterranean termites, but we’re equipped to handle all three.
These termites build underground colonies and use mud tubes to move above ground. They’re the most common type in Florida and the most destructive. We use Trelona bait systems to eliminate the entire colony.
Drywood termites nest inside dry wood, like attic beams or hardwood flooring. We apply borate treatments to attic wood and inject foam to reach hidden areas.
